Abstract

본 발명은 흡착등온식을 사용하는 유사 이동층 흡착 분리 공정의 모사 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는, 흡착등온식의 흡착평형상수가 흡착상의 농도 함수 형태인 유사 이동층 흡착 분리 공정의 모사 방법에 관한 것이다.
A simulation method of a simulated moving bed adsorptive separation process is provided, wherein the simulation method is more accurate by improving a conventional adsorption isotherm that has been used in the simulation method of the simulated moving bed adsorptive separation process. In a simulation method of a simulated moving bed adsorptive separation process using adsorption isotherm, the simulation method is characterized in that an adsorption equilibrium constant of the adsorption isotherm is represented by the formula (1), wherein K is an adsorption equilibrium constant(K_i, K_o is an adsorption equilibrium constant of an I component alone), omega is interacting energy, and q^* is an adsorption amount. The adsorption isotherm is Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The simulated moving bed adsorptive separation process is used for the separation of para-xylene.
